Shipping Policy

**The Equinade Factory is currently closed for the Christmas break and will re-open Monday 9th January. All orders placed during this closure period will be packed and sent on Monday 9th January. If this delay is an issue for you, please purchase from your local saddlery, pet or produce store or wait until we re-open. If you have already ordered and do not wish to wait until we re-open, please contact us using the contact form on this website**

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR FACTORY IN CARRUM DOWNS, MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on all orders above $200 and is automatically applied at checkout.

​

Standard Shipping rates on all orders as follows:

0.0kg - 4.9kg = $12.00

5.0kg - 19kg = $18.00

20kg + = $25.00

All orders over $200 qualify for FREE standard shipping.

​

We aim to have all orders shipped out of the warehouse within 1-2 business days.

​

All orders placed on a weekend, a public holiday or a holiday period (e.g. Over Christmas & New Year) will be shipped the following day that we are open for business.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the ongoing COVID19 situation, please expect a delay in order delivery. Any freight delays are beyond our control and we are working with our shipping partners to bring this to a minimum.

These delivery times are approximate only:

VIC METRO - 2-3 Business Days

VIC REGIONAL - 3-5 Business Days

NSW, QLD, SA, ACT - 5-7 Business Days

NT, WA, TAS - up to 10-14 Business Days*

*Freight into WA is currently HIGHLY VARIABLE and UNRELIABLE. Please only proceed with your order if you are not in urgent need of these goods.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have purchased an item from one of our many Australian wide distributors or retailers, you should contact them directly and refer to their refund and exchange policy.


If you have purchased directly from us, via this website, in the unlikely event that there are any problems with the product you have purchased, please get in touch with us via the CONTACT US page and we will be happy to assist you and/or provide you with a replacement if required.
